This policy has been drawn up in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process
- Audit form: name, company, company website, email address and phone number.
- Emails you send us: your address and the content of the message.
- Technical connection data: when you visit the website, the server automatically records data such as the IP address, the date and the browser, as happens on any website. In addition, when the form is sent, an anonymous fingerprint of the IP address is kept for one hour, solely to limit automated submissions.
The form fields are needed to prepare the proposal and the audit. If you do not provide them, we will not be able to deal with your request.
3. What we use it for
- Handling your audit request, sending you the proposal and contacting you about it.
- Answering the queries you send us by email.
- Protecting the website against automated or abusive use of the form.
We do not send commercial communications. If we ever did, we would first ask you for a specific, separate consent.
4. Legal basis
- Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form (Article 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what has already been done.
- Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, such as preparing the proposal and the audit (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
- Legitimate interest in keeping the website secure, as regards the technical data (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
5. How long we keep it
- For the time needed to deal with your request.
- If you do not go on to contract any service, for a maximum of 12 months from the request. After that it is deleted.
- If you do contract, for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by the applicable law.
6. Recipients and data processors
Your data is not passed on to third parties, except where the law requires it. It is accessed only by the providers needed to deliver the service, who act as data processors:
- Hostinger, which provides the website hosting and the email service. The site is hosted on servers located in the European Union.
The form is processed by the website itself and its content is sent to our email. No external form service is involved.
To prepare the audit we query third-party artificial intelligence systems about your brand and your website, which is company information. Your name, email address and phone number are not included in those queries.
7. International transfers
No international transfers are made of the data you give us. The typefaces and all other resources of the website are served from our own server, so your browser does not connect to third-party services when you visit it.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@bloomoxmedia.com and saying which right you want to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity. We will reply within one month at most.
If you believe your rights have not been dealt with properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Automated decisions
No automated decisions with legal effects are taken about you, and no profiles are built with your data.
10. Security
The website works over an encrypted connection. Form data is sent to our email and is not stored in a website database.
11. Minors
This website is aimed at companies and professionals and is not intended for minors.
